What do you do with long hair under your helmet?

I don't like braids and I don't want to wear a bandanna. When we get off the bike at a party or whatever I still want to wear my hair down. Any other suggestions?What do you do with long hair under your helmet?
Get a leather conch for your hair. It ties it in a leather sleeve while riding and when you get there you just untie it and shake it out.





I am a guy but I have hair almost to my butt and I love mine although I did have to custom make it because of the length and thinner diameter of my hair.What do you do with long hair under your helmet?
A simple ponytail with a few hair ties (elastics) spaced the length of the tail. Easy to pull out when you get there. Or you could use one of those hair wraps. Both my wife and my sister use those. Not much more than a barrett fastened to a piece of leather. Clip the top at the top of a ponytail, snap it together, that's it.

I myself just pull it back at the nape of my neck before putting on my helmet. When I get where I am going, I pull it out of holding and brush it with a folding hair brush that fits inside my jacket pocket.
twist your hair clockwise and put it down the back of your shirt,thats what my wife does when she rides.hope this helps
I wear it down under my helmet. It doesn't seem to cause too much of a problem although if it's too long and hangs out really far I could see it getting tangled. But my hair is about 2 inches longer than my shoulder and I have no problems with it just hanging out underneath.
use to put the hair inside the jacket before I did the jacket up......( It use to reach my waist so was easy to keep in the jacket once the jacket was done up)





now I just go with the short hair.....LOL
I've tried the low ponytail thing and I find I still end up with huge tangles. If you can do the low ponytail and tuck it under your shirt or jacket that will help.


All of my other ideas are no good since you want to wear your hair down afterwards (I do too).
you can make a bandana look really cute but if you hair is really long then just put a braid in it and take it out when you get where you are going. i fought the bandana for a long time but i finally gave in and now i wear them even if i am not on my bike. they have really cute ones at walmart.
