How do I put my long hair in a ponytail?

My is hair is about waist-length and very thick and heavy. Most mornings I am on the run, so I pull my hair back in a high ponytail. The problem is, that after 10 min., my hair is falling out of the pony. Is there any way to put long hair in a ponytail and make it stay? How do I put my long hair in a ponytail?
As your hair is thick try a better holding power like a bit of gel or hair spray or both lol and stronger hair bands aswell as hair grips under the bobble and sides. Or u could try the half up half down look which would be easier to do last longer and looks much nicer in my opinion. Also your hair might be falling out of the ponytail if u have shorter layers. How do I put my long hair in a ponytail?
Hi, it sounds like u have very beautiful long hair. The longer the better. But anyway I would definately say to try to double band it. This should add stability to the ponytail so it would not fall down. Good luck :)
My hair is pretty close to that length, but I can never put a ponytail up high, it makes my head hurt from the weight of my hair no matter how loose I make it. I put my ponytails at my neck.
well i have the same problem mybe you can bring a bigger hair tie

or my your hair shorter
Try double banding it.
go get your hair thinnin out... and then double banding it =)
try to put it in a bun^^
