Pantene makes a shampoo/conditioner all-in-one for thick, long hair. Read the labels. The Pantene Detangler, contains conditioner, that is great to use after shampooing your hair. Blot your hair a bit, spray the Detangler in, %26amp; using a wide comb, comb it out to the ends twice.
You're in luck, I have the thickest hair ever and it goes all the way down my back. I use multiple brands of shampoo and conditioner. If you want the BEST you have to go to Sephora and get Ojon. They carry the best hair products especially for thick and long hair. They have special products for damaged hair that will keep your hair soft and silky. It's a bit pricey but well worth it. I hope this helps! P.S. drugstore products like Herbal Essences do not work well or specially at all. Unless you have a really really low budget that should be your last resort. I hope this helps!
Herbal Essence just came out with this new shampoo/conditioner called Long Term Relationship. It smells and makes your hair feel wonderful. I have long thick wavy blonde hair and it makes it feel so light and silky and it wont weigh your hair down or make it look dirty either. Try it out...its about $4 per bottle =)
