How can i convince my friend to get his long hair cut shorter?

I have a close friend of mine ( a guy) who has not cut his hair since highschool grauation which was may 22, 1997.How can i convince my friend to get his long hair cut shorter?
I think guys with long hair look great! Sometimes men can grow their hair better than women. You sound a bit jealous. Leave him alone, he will cut it when he feels like it.How can i convince my friend to get his long hair cut shorter?
well if he gets the ladies it works for him hahaha if not, maybe he'll cut it before he turns 40
put some lice on his hair ;)
Invite him over for a sleep over and pull a sampson and delilah. in other words, chop it off while he is sleeping. *smiles deviously*
Tell him girls like guys who consistently update their look and take care of themselves. And that he probably looks like a hobo.
well maybe he likes his hair like that.Just leave him alone if he wants to cut it he will
itll take a long time, but u could use photoshop to change his hair. If he looks better, show him. if he looks sh*t, leave it and let him be a hippie.
