How to grow long hair fast and will this shampoo help?

I have shoulder length hair and it barely grows ):


i want to get it to my middle back ASAP, but so far it looks like thats not going to happen.

u should put oil to your hair to make it grow.. my hair very slow gwroing.. but when i put oil in the same day it gets longer by 0.2 cm...approximatly.. and i notice the grow because my hair is black and i dye it very light brown color.. and trust me same day when i put the oil i see my hair grows by 0.2 cm .. so if u put it 3times per 2 weeks.. u will get a good result





the oil i am using called Vatica - made of cocunt...and i but it from Indian stores.. my mom usally but it for me

Nothing can make your hair grow faster you just have to take care of the hair you have so it grows longer
hair grows at a half mm per day but if you keep it clean and healthy it may make it grow a little bit faster.
