How long will it take to grow long hair?

How long would it take for a 13 year old, 5'9'; kid, grow his hair to like past his eyebrow? Or shoulders?How long will it take to grow long hair?

well when your hair is short it grows a lot faster because its healthy so if you have your hair like really short right now the eye brows about a month maybe a little bit more and the shoulder like a year! but if you start growing it now it will be the length you want it sooner. and also just a little suggestion i would go for the eyebrow thing because thats what is in right now : D
doesn't matter how old or tall u are. but i'm 13 and 5'1.5'' (don't laugh) and my hair grows like a freaking weed. depends on how long it already is. rough estimate here...3 months
