I rescued a dog from the pound and am trying to figure it out. She definately is part German Shepherd but is a bit smaller, and has long hair under her chin and on her nose which grows up and partially covers her eyes. What type of dog has a hairy chin and top of nose?What breed of dog has long hair under the lower jaw?
Could be some sort of Terrier, I've seen a lot of terriers with the bearded chins and stuff. Look up different types of terriers in the net and see what you can find. OR Schnauzers (spelling?) They have hairy faces too.

If she has a beard and long eyebrows, she prob has shnauzer in her.
Sounds kind of like a terrier....
